  1. Where can I buy the My Parent Rewards Card?

    My Parent Rewards Cards are available for purchase in select elementary, middle and high schools, as well as various community organizations throughout the United States and Canada. Please contact your child’s PTA, Fundraising Committee, or School Office for more details. Also, cards are available for purchase online by clicking here.


  2. How does a fundraising organization get credit for my card purchase?

    You can give credit to a fundraising organization/school with your purchase during the registration process simply by choosing the school/organization name listed in the School/Organization's menu.


  3. How do I register my Card?

    If your child has brought home a My Parent Rewards Package containing your new MPR Card, simply click the 'Register Your Card' link found at the top of this page. During registration, you will be asked for your MPR Card number, so be sure to have it ready.


  4. I wasn't able to register my Card. What should I do?

    We apologize for any trouble you've experienced. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@MyParentRewards.com, and they will be happy to help you resolve the problem quickly. When submitting your request, please include the information about the issue you have encountered.


  5. I forgot my password. What should I do?

    If you lost or can't remember your password, click on the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the site. On the Sign In page there's a link that says, "Forgot your password? Click here for help." Click the link, follow the easy instructions, and check your email for your username (email address) and password.

    If your email address has changed and your password won't be emailed to the correct address, please contact our Customer Service team at info@MyParentRewards.com.


  6. I am unsure about using my credit card to make an online purchase. How can I be sure my credit card information will be safe?

    Yes, your credit card information is safe. We process customer orders using SSL encryption technology. SSL encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us on the Internet. In addition, all of the customer information we collect on our web site is secured against unauthorized access on My Parent Rewards, Inc.'s server.   7. What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We currently do not accept checks or money orders.


  8. How do I print discounts?

    Printing is easy!
    • Browse through the discounts on MyParentRewards.com using our easy to use Store Locator
    • If you find a discount that you would like to print, click on the merchant name to display the discount details
    • Click the 'Print Coupon' button and you are ready to save!

    I am having trouble printing my discount. What should I do?
    • Make sure that you do not have a pop-up killer enabled. Our print technology utilizes a pop-up window, and a pop-up killer will restrict your ability to print correctly
    • Make sure your printer is on, and plugged into your computer and an electrical outlet
    • Make sure your printer is online. (To ensure it's online, try to print from one of your applications such as Microsoft Word.)
    • Make sure there's paper in your printer, and check to ensure it isn't jammed
    • Check you printer's cartridge, ribbon or toner

  9. How do I redeem printable discounts?

    Print the coupon and present the printed coupon and My Parent Rewards Card to the merchant. Be sure to read the terms and conditions of the coupon. Coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value. See My Parent Rewards Rules of Use for more information.


  10. How do I redeem online discounts?

    Online discounts can be redeemed by clicking through to the online merchant's web site from the MyParentRewards.com page that provides details of the discount. Please note that some retailers require that you enter a promotion code to receive your discount. This promotion code will be provided on the same page that displays the discount details.


  11. When do my discounts expire?

    After printing the coupon, you have 2 weeks to use the coupon before it expires.


  12. What should I do if a merchant did not honor/recognize my coupon/card?

    In some rare instances (e.g. a business/franchise closing, a merchant decision to opt out of the program, or an unforeseen change in the merchant's establishment, etc.), a merchant may refuse to honor your discount.

    If a participating merchant did not honor your discount, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@MyParentRewards.com to let them know. When completing the customer service form, please provide the name and location of the merchant.


  13. I went to a merchant whose facilities were substandard. How do I report this?

    We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during visit to this merchant. While we do our best to ensure affiliation with only the highest quality merchants, there are rare instances when a merchant's facilities do not meet the standards expected by our members.

    Please contact our Customer Service team at info@MyParentRewards.com and they will ensure that the right members of our team follow up with this merchant. In your email, please provide the merchant's name and location.


  14. How can I replace a lost or stolen card?

    Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-994-3589 to request a new card. There is a $15 fee for replacement cards. Stolen cards will be replaced for free but must be accompanied by a police report.

  18. Printable Coupon Rules of Use

    All printed coupons must be used within 14 days of the coupon being printed. The 14-day period the coupon is valid between (beginning with the date the coupon was printed) will be stated on the coupon.


    • % OFF Discounts
      If the discount states "X"% off, you'll receive "X"% off the designated item or bill, up to the stated maximum value on the discount.


    • BOGO ("Buy One Get One") Free Discounts
      When purchasing two or more main course entrees or menu items, the least expensive main course entree or menu item will be deducted from your bill, up to the stated maximum value on the discount. For restaurants offering one complimentary "menu item" when a second is purchased, a "menu item" is considered a main course menu item.


    • Free Offers/Items
      To receive a free or complimentary item, you usually must purchase goods or services from the merchant first. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or awards programs or offers.


    • Dining in Groups
      When more than two people dine together, the following rules apply:
      • One coupon may be used for every two people, up to a maximum of four coupons per party
      • The least expensive entrees or menu items in the entire party are complimentary, up to the stated maximum value on the discount

    • Dining with Children
      Discounts do not apply to the children's menu. You must purchase two or more adult-priced entrees or items in order to receive a discount.


    • Tipping Suggestion
      We recommend tipping 15%-20% of the total bill before the discount is applied for satisfactory service.


    • Holidays Excluded
      Discounts cannot be used on major holidays, including: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. NOTE: Some merchants also observe other regionally celebrated holidays. If in doubt, please check with the merchant.


    • Other General Rules of Use
      • Dining discounts cannot be used with daily specials, senior citizen discounts, early bird specials, carryout/takeout (except for fast food and some carryout only merchants) buffets, etc., and children's menu items, unless otherwise noted
      • Coupon void if more than one coupon is printed per customer
      • Coupon cannot be purchased, sold or bartered for cash
